This is a freelance project I completed for a church in Waldport, Oregon. The client wanted a mark that would clearly identify them with the city, moving away from a generic church logo. The small coastal town's most iconic feature is the bridge that spans the bay. The W mark is inspired by the supports of the bridge. The design, in turn, symbolically serves to identify the church as a foundational and connecting structure for the community.
